If you are a high school student attending the Winnebago District #323 or reside in the Winnebago District ages 13 through 18 years of age please join us!
Volunteer Opportunities: The Friends of the Library have volunteer positions open to aid in clean up after their spring book sale. If you’re looking for a way to fulfill your school community service hours please consider helping! Volunteers will be asked to register at the library service desk before the event and to sign in/out at the service desk the day of the event. Volunteers will receive proper documentation to confirm their participation toward community volunteer hours. Date: Saturday, May 2nd starting at 12 noon--3:00 pm Description: Volunteers will help in the following areas: Pack up books into boxes May label and/or sort alphabetically Move and lift boxes to storage Move light furniture and tear down tables Miscellaneous activites, as needed.
